Contact

Email [email protected]. If a stitch went wrong, a short description of the app you scrolled helps. Please don’t send screenshots with private information or payment-card details.

ScrollFrame isn’t in the Screen Recording list

Open ScrollFrame once after installing. If Screen Recording was already in Control Center, remove it and add it again, then long-press it. You can also tap Start Recording inside ScrollFrame.

No notification after recording

Turn on notifications in Settings › Notifications › ScrollFrame. Your last recording also waits at the top of Home, so you can simply open ScrollFrame.

The recording didn’t become an image

Make sure you chose ScrollFrame in the recorder, not Photos. If it went to Photos, open From Photos › Screen Recordings and pick it there.

Parts are repeated or missing

Scrolling very fast can skip content. Try a steadier pace, or open Seams in the editor to adjust a join. For screenshots, make sure each one overlaps the next.

Export is slow or looks blurry

Very long images take a few seconds. Use PNG for the sharpest text. Some apps shrink large images when you share them, so try PDF (Pro) for very long captures.

Purchases and subscriptions

Manage or cancel the monthly subscription in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Request refunds through Apple’s refund page.

Restore purchases

Open ScrollFrame Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you bought Pro with. This works for both Monthly and Lifetime.

Where your images are

Recordings, screenshots, projects, and finished images stay on your iPhone and are never uploaded. Delete a project by long-pressing it in Recent.
